Last updated December 28, 2018
Chris Richardson Consulting, Inc
recognizes that your privacy is very important and we
take it seriously. This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes our
policies and procedures on the collection, use, disclosure, and sharing of your
personal information or personal data when you use our services. This Privacy
Policy applies to activities by Chris
Richardson Consulting, Inc. and its affiliates and subsidiaries
(collectively “CRCINC,” “we” or “us”). Capitalized terms that are not defined
in this Privacy Policy have the meaning given to them in our Terms of Service.
Collection and Use of Information
Customers are asked to provide certain information when they
purchase or use our Assessment Services, including, but not limited to, such
information as their name, address, telephone number and billing information
(such as a credit card number). The customer information collected during the
registration process is used to manage each Customer's account.
We use registration information to contact you in a variety of ways. We may
send you information about CRCINC products and services through email, phone or
regular mail. If you order products directly from CRCINC, we will use your
information to continue to provide you products that you are interested in. You
may exercise your options to not receive any marketing from CRCINC by opting
out through any marketing email sent to you. Customers should note, however,
that they may still receive administrative emails from CRCINC.
We do not sell your personally identifiable information to third parties who
were not involved in the use of our Assessment Services. For example, if you create
an account to use our Assessment Services, we will not sell your personally
identifiable information to others. However, we may sell or display aggregated
data or related data that does not specifically share your personally
identifiable information.
Service Providers
We engage certain trusted third parties to perform certain
functions and provide services to us, including, without limitation, hosting
and maintenance, customer relationship, database storage and management, and
direct marketing campaigns. We may share your information with these third
parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these functions and
provide such services, and only pursuant to binding contractual obligations
requiring such third parties to maintain the privacy and security of your data.
Business Transfers
As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy
additional services or business units. In such transactions, user information
generally is one of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the
promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Notice (unless, of course, the user
consents otherwise). Also, in the event that CRCINC or substantially all of its
assets are acquired, user information will of course be one of the transferred
assets.
Compliance with Laws
It is CRCINC's policy not to use or share customer information in
ways unrelated to the ones described above. However, we may disclose your
information if we are required to do so by law.
Children Under the Age of 18
We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under
the age of 18 years. By using our Assessment
Services you represent that you are
at least 18 years of age.
